1) Scope

This Privacy Notice explains how Melvin Cruz processes personal data in connection with the Brand Certificate Generator, Agenda & Event Pack and ROI & Pricing Calculator. It applies to (a) visitors to websites where the Module is installed (“Site Visitors”) and (b) customers who purchase or request support for the Module (“Customers”).

2) What the Module does (data-minimizing by design)

The Module renders certificate content directly in the visitor’s browser and offers a standard Print to PDF action.
The Module does not: set cookies, track users, collect analytics, send data to our servers, or read HubSpot CRM records. Any text or images you configure in the HubSpot editor are stored by HubSpot as page content.

3) Data we receive

We may receive limited Customer data from HubSpot as part of the Marketplace transaction (e.g., purchaser name, company, email, billing region) to manage licensing and support. We also receive any information you send us when you contact support.

Categories: identification (name, email), order details (license, purchase date), support content (problem description, screenshots/logs you voluntarily provide).

4) Purposes & legal bases

  • Provide the Module & fulfill the contract (license management, support).

  • Legitimate interests (improving compatibility, preventing abuse).

  • Legal obligations (tax and accounting recordkeeping).

5) Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only with:

  • HubSpot (Marketplace transactions, file hosting in your portal).

  • Service providers we use for support/ticketing or email (if any) under confidentiality agreements.

  • Legal authorities when required by law.

6) International transfers

If we transfer your data outside your region, we use lawful transfer mechanisms (e.g., SCCs) where required.

7) Retention

  • Licensing & billing records: kept only as long as needed to comply with tax and accounting obligations.

  • Support correspondence: kept for [12–24 months] unless you request deletion sooner.

8) Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g., EU/UK/EEA, California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to object or request portability. To exercise rights, contact  email@melvindelrosariocruz.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9) Cookies & tracking

We do not set cookies or use tracking technologies in the Module. If your site uses separate analytics, those are governed by your own site’s privacy policy.

10) Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the data we handle (e.g., secure email/ticketing, access controls). No method is 100% secure.

11) Children

Our Module and services are not directed to children under 13 (or relevant local minimum age). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12) Third-party links & embeds

Your site may embed logos, fonts, or other media. Any third-party services you choose to enable are governed by their own privacy policies.

13) Changes

We may update this Notice to reflect legal or product changes. We’ll post the new effective date and, where required, notify Customers.
