How to Use the Brand Certificate Generator

Follow these simple steps to generate and customize certificates:

1. Open the Certificate Generator

  • Go to the page where the module is installed.

  • You will see the certificate preview area at the top.

2. Enter Certificate Details

  • Name: Type the full name of the recipient (e.g., John Doe).

  • Program/Training Title: Enter the course, event, or program completed.

  • Date Issued: Select or confirm the date of issuance.

  • Authorized Signatory: Add the name and/or signature of the director or trainer.

3. Customize Branding (Optional)

  • Upload your logo or brand image (if enabled).

  • Adjust fonts and styles to match your company branding.

  • Change border colors or certificate layout if your module includes these settings.

4. Preview the Certificate

  • Review the certificate in the live preview area.

  • Ensure the name, title, and date are correct.

5. Download / Print

  • Click the Download button to save the certificate as a PDF.

  • Or click Print to produce a hard copy directly.

6. Share (Optional)

  • You can email the PDF file to the recipient.

  • Or share via your learning portal or HubSpot page.
